Let both flavors of ice cream thaw slightly and then mix toghether. Make into ice cream sandwiches or crumble the macaroons and put one layer cookie, one layer ice cream until it fits in the bowl that you have choosen. If you really want to make life even more simple, layer one layer of crumbled cookies in a 9x13 pan. Fill all the ice cream over cookies and then top with remaining cookie crumbles. Instant Summer Bliss!!
