Mom's Rolls

1T yeast to 1/4 c. warm water - a little warmer than room temp w/1-2 t sugar in the water
1 cup scalded milk or powdered milk (1 cup warm water to 2/3 c. powder - follow package instructions)

1 cup mashed potatoes (can use package mashed potatoes)
combine and cool

2/3 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp salt

Add above 3 ingredients to the milk and potato mixture and mix
Combine yeast mixture
Add 2 beaten eggs

Stir in 6 c. flour to make stiff dough
Knead or put in Bosch on high for 6 minutes
Transfer into another blow with oil in bowl

Let rise until double - about 3 hours
Punch down and put in fridge

Remove from fridge one hour before baking
Roll into a circle
cut into pizza wedges, spread with melted butter roll up from the biggest edge to the smallest
Put them on a cookie sheet and let rise

Bake at 400 until light golden brown
