Shredded Chicken 1 (8 ounce) bottle kraft zesty Italian dressing 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 tablespoon cumin 3 garlic cloves, minced 5 chicken breasts Directions Cook all together in a crock pot for 4 hours on low. Shred meat. cook 1 additional hour. Serve chicken in tortillas with salsa on top
Salsa 2 cans shoe pie (or petite sweet white) corn 1 can black beans 5-6 tomatoes diced 1 avacodo 3 green onions chopped 1 small can finely chopped black olives fist full of cilantro chopped juice of 1 lime 1/4 cup Kraft zesty Italian dressing Mix and serve with chips or over the burrito Serve on tortillas or over lettuce

These are sooo good! I have to admit that the bottle of salad dressing seems strange, but after tying to marinate the meat with other recipe's, this really does work the best!!!
I am a friend of Rachel's and made this recipe for Halloween. It was delicious. The salsa was heavenly. I used the chicken and salsa to make a salad with the creamy cilantro dressing (knock of off Cafe rio) Everyone went crazy for it. Thanks for the recipe.
